Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from Tampa Bay to the coast of Mexico
near Tampico will reach from SW Florida to the Bay of Campeche
later today. Strong high pres behind the front will induce fresh
to strong northerly winds for much of the western and central 
Gulf today, with winds reaching minimal gale force near Veracruz 
overnight. The front will extend from southern Florida to 23N90W 
tonight, then move SE of the area by late Wed.
