.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds continue behind a cold front
SE of the area. Winds and seas will gradually decrease today as
the front moves away. Moderate to fresh northerly winds are
expected across the eastern Gulf E of 87W, with mainly gentle to
moderate winds elsewhere. High pres will prevail across the Gulf
waters through the weekend.
