height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the northern and western
Gulf will slowly dissipate north of 27N through Fri night. The
front will persist west of 94W through early Sun. Winds and seas
will diminish in the western Gulf as the front weakens. A cold
front will enter the Gulf waters Sat, extend from central
Florida to southern Texas Sun, stall and weaken Sun night and
Mon, then lift northward as a warm front early next week.
