height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extending from near the Mouth of 
the Mississippi to the Bay of Campeche will slowly move W and 
move inland over Texas and Mexico by Fri night. Showers and 
thunderstorms are expected in the vicinity of the trough. Surface
troughs moving W from the Yucatan Peninsula will produce fresh 
to locally strong winds over the eastern waters of the Bay of 
Campeche from sunset to around midnight.
