Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A trough extends from a weak 1015 mb low near 29N87W
to 27N90W. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms can
be expected near this system as it slowly moves westward through
Tue. A high pressure ridge over the remainder of the Gulf will 
change little through Fri night. The northern portion of a 
tropical wave along 96W and S of 20N will move inland Mexico this
evening. A surface trough will emerge off the Yucatan Peninsula 
each evening through Fri, and act to enhance nocturnal winds over
the SW Gulf.
