Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad surface low over the Yucatan peninsula is
expected to develop and potential become a tropical cyclone as
it moves slowly northward through Monday. Strong winds and
building seas are likely primarily east of the tropical low
center in the NE Gulf.
