Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure centered in the Atlantic
ridging into the northeastern Gulf will shift eastward through
early Thu. A broad surface low just north of Belize is expected
to further develop off the northern coast of the Yucatan
Peninsula Fri morning. The tropical low will move slowly
northward in the eastern Gulf this weekend with up to near gale
force winds and associated seas east of the low. The low will
reach the offshore waters of SE Louisiana Sun morning and move
inland Mon morning.
