Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends from the
Florida Keys to 24N85W. The front will dissipate by early Wed.
High pressure of 1021 mb over the NW Gulf is centered at 28N94W.
The high will slowly shift eastward to the NE Gulf by Fri, then
into the Atlantic Sat with a ridge to extend westward over the
far northern gulf through Sun night. Beginning on Wed, a weak
thermal trough will form over the Yucatan Peninsula during the
evenings, move offshore the Peninsula to over the eastern Bay of
Campeche in the mornings, then dissipate in the afternoons.
