Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A dissipating cold front extends from just south of the Florida Keys southwestward to near 23N90W. The front will gradually dissipate through Fri. A second cold front will enter the far northwest waters early on Sat, become stationary and weaken from southwest Florida to near Veracruz Mexico on Sun. The front will dissipate by late Sun night. A third cold front is expected to reach the far northern gulf early on Mon, then temporarily become stationary before it is forced southward as a cold front by strong high pres that builds southward from the central U.S. It expected to reach from Fort Myers to the NW Yucatan Peninsula and eastern Bay of Campeche by Tue night.
