.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from southern Alabama to 20N97W will
extend from the big bend of Florida to near Veracruz Mexico Fri
afternoon, then stall and weaken from central Florida to the Bay
of Campeche on Sat. Strong NW winds are expected S of 21N W of
the front through Sat morning.
