Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered NE of the Bahamas ridging
into the east Gulf will maintain moderate to fresh SE return
flow through early Fri. A cold front from southern Alabama to
Tampico Mexico will extend from the big bend of Florida to
Veracruz Mexico Fri afternoon. The front will stall and weaken
from central Florida to the Bay of Campeche on Sat. Fresh to
near gale force NW winds are expected in the western Bay of
Campeche tonight through Sat morning. Return flow will establish
across the basin Sunday through Tue.
