Strong northerly winds across the northwest gulf waters tonight will increase to near gale force along the Mexican coast on Wed, then subside on Thu. Southerly return flow will set up across the northwest gulf on Thu night, and spread east across the entire gulf by late Fri night ahead of the next cold front moving into the northern waters late Sat night, and reaching the far southeast waters late Sun night.
