more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Gale force winds are occurring near the coast of
southern Mexico from 19N to 21N west of 95W, and near-gale force
winds are evident along the Mexican coast south of 25N W of 96W.
Fresh to strong NE winds prevail over the remainder of the
basin. Reinforcing cold air will induce gale force winds again
in the SW Gulf Wed, south of 21N west of 95W. Winds and seas
will diminish Thu through Sat.
