.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front crossing the Gulf from Tampa 
Florida to 25N96W to near Veracruz Mexico will dissipate by Sat 
morning. A strong cold front moving off the Texas coast Sun night
is expected to produce gales near Tampico Mon night and near 
Veracruz Tue morning.
