Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE orientated trough will meander across the
SW gulf waters through Wed, with moderate to locally fresh NW
flow continuing to the SW of the trough, except brief strong
pulses are forecast near 19.5N96W during the afternoons
beginning on Mon. Continental high pressure strengthening N of
the area will result in locally strong NE flow across the E gulf
waters through Sun night. The pressure gradient will relax on
Tue and Wed, with moderate NE-E flow E of 90W and moderate SE
return flow W of 90W.
