Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough along 92W will continue W today
with a surface low developing briefly near 23N92W. A cold front
will move off the Texas coast this evening, reach from the
Florida Big Bend to 23N93W to the Bay of Campeche late Mon, then
begin to stall from S Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula on Tue.
Minimal gale force conditions expected within 90 nm of the
Mexican coast from Tampico to Veracruz Mon through Tue evening.
Strong post- gale NW flow will then continue into Wed morning
before diminishing to a fresh E breeze across the northern Gulf
waters on Wed night into Thu.
