Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from Panama City Florida to
28N96W to 20N94W. Strong NW to N winds funneling along the coast
of Mexico west of the front will diminish through this evening
as the front dissipates. A trough over the Bahamas will move
across S Florida into the SE Gulf through Sat accompanied by
fresh winds. A cold front will reach the NW Gulf Mon, bringing
another round of strong winds to the western Gulf.
