.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from Vermilion Bay Louisiana to
24N96W to 18.5N94W in the far SW Gulf gradually dissipate by Fri
morning. Expect fresh to strong winds and building seas west of
the front across the west- central and SW Gulf through Thu
afternoon. Elsewhere winds and seas should remain tranquil
throughout the period.
