.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front is located from Louisiana to near
Tampico, Mexico. It will remain in about the same location
before dissipating by Fri morning. Expect fresh to strong winds
and building seas west of the front across the west-central and
SW Gulf through Thu afternoon. Elsewhere winds and seas should
remain tranquil throughout the period.
