.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE trough will meander across the far SW
waters through Sat night. Fresh to strong easterly winds will
dominate the basin through early Thu, then will relax as a broad
inverted trough develops across the eastern Gulf of Mexico, and
moves W reaching the central waters Sat.
