Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Persistent broad troughing across the SW Gulf will
continue to be reinforced nightly by a trough shifting W off the
Yucatan Peninsula. A trough from 28N83W to 25N85W will shift W
to a position from 29N88W to 25N90W late Sun, from 29N95W to
25N96W late Mon, then move inland Texas on Mon night. Strong
high pressure will build S across the waters E of the trough
supporting strong E winds over the northern waters through Mon,
with these conditions spreading further S during the middle of
the week.
