Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland Texas near 29.0N
97.4W at 27/1500 UTC moving SSE 2 kt. Estimated minimum central 
pressure is 1000 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 35 kt with gusts
to 45 kt. The center of Harvey will remain inland or move very 
near the coast of southeastern Texas through Monday. The 
proximity of Harvey to the coast will produce fresh to strong 
southerly winds north of 26N and west of mainly 94W through mid- 
week.
