Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Recently upgraded Hurricane Harvey is centered near
24.4N 93.6W 982 mb at 2 PM EDT, moving N-NW, or 335 degrees at
9 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 75 kt gusting to 90 kt. Harvey
is forecast to reach near 26.0N 95.3W Fri morning before
reaching 27.3N 96.3W Fri night off the coast of Texas, then move
inland late Fri night. Harvey will meander inland thereafter,
possibly moving back over Gulf coastal waters.
