Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The northern extent of a tropical wave is moving
through the Straits of Florida tonight and will enter the E Gulf
Sun, moving across the basin through early next week. Otherwise,
a weak ridge will extend westward along 28N both ahead of and
behind the tropical wave. The remnants of Tropical Depression
Harvey, currently across the S central Caribbean, will move WNW
through the NW Caribbean and Yucatan Peninsula Tue, then emerge
into the Bay of Campeche Tue night into Wed.
