Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure continues to develop over the western
Caribbean as Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven, located near
15.6N 82.0W at 5 pm EDT moving WNW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Potential Tropical Cyclone
Seven will move through the NW Caribbean and Yucatan peninsula,
reaching the SW Gulf late Tue as a possible tropical storm, near
21.0N 93.8W Wed, then continue W reaching the Veracruz coast
Thu. Elsewhere, a ridge will meander from the Florida Big Bend
to NE Texas through Fri.
