Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge extending from the Florida Big Bend to the
NE Texas coast will shift NW on Fri and reorient from N to S
across the western gulf waters on Sat and Sun. A thermal trough
will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons,
move NW during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW 
Gulf by late morning each day. A broad surface trough will move W
across the E gulf on Fri, then turn NW across the central gulf 
on Sat reaching the northern gulf on Sun.
