from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Dominican Republic SW to
southern Haiti where it transitions to a dissipating stationary
front that continues to central Panama. Fresh to strong N winds
and moderate to rough seas will follow the front mostly off of
Nicaragua and Costa Rica through early Thu morning. Winds will
also pulse to strong in the Windward Passage through Thu
morning. Moderate to fresh N to NE winds will follow the front
and affect the Mona Passage and the Dominican Republic adjacent
waters this evening through Fri morning as the front moves
across Puerto Rico before moving E of the Leeward Islands Thu
evening.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure north of the forecast waters will 
continue to move northward away from the forecast waters. Fresh
to strong winds will continue across the waters W of 65W through
Thu as the low pressure moves farther from the area. Rough to
very rough seas will propagate into the waters N of 20N through
the end of the week. Seas of 12 ft and higher will continue N of
29N between 66W and 70W through today. The cold front associated
with the low pressure will extend from 31N61W to E Dominican
Republic this evening and from 31N54W to the Anegada Passage Thu
evening. Fresh to strong winds and rough seas are expected along
this front through the end of the week. A new and strong cold 
front will emerge off the Florida coast on Fri, potentially 
bringing southerly gale force winds to the NE Florida offshores
Fri and Fri night.
