from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Lee is centered well N of Puerto Rico,
near 24.3N 65.9W at 11 AM EDT, and is moving west-northwest at
5 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 100 kt with gusts to 120 kt,
and the minimum central pressure is 950 mb. Lee will move slowly
NW and farther away from Caribbean waters through tonight then
turn N on Wed. Large NE swell across the adjacent Atlantic will
gradually become N this afternoon and then N-NW tonight through
Thu, moving through the Caribbean Passages and into the
Caribbean waters between the Leeward Islands and the Mona
Passage. Seas across these Caribbean Passages and waters will
diminish significantly Thu through Fri. Moderate to locally
fresh trade winds will return to the Caribbean Fri.

is moving west-northwest at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds are
100 kt with gusts to 120 kt, and the minimum central pressure is
950 mb. Lee will move to 24.8N 66.6W this evening, 25.9N 67.3W
Wed morning, 27.4N 67.8W Wed evening, 29.4N 68.2W Thu morning,
31.6N 68.0W Thu evening, and 34.3N 67.4W Fri morning. Lee will
change little in intensity as it moves well NW of Bermuda early
Sat. Large E to SE swell dominating the waters east of 78W will 
continue to propagate westward across the Atlc, reaching the 
Florida coasts this afternoon or evening. Large swell from Lee
