Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area is being
disrupted by Hurricane Earl, currently located well north of the
area. This pattern will maintain gentle to moderate breezes and
slight seas across most of the Caribbean through Fri. Moderate
to locally fresh trade winds will return to the southeast
Caribbean and off Honduras Fri night through Mon.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Earl is near 29.0N 65.0W 965 mb at 11 AM 
EDT, moving NNE at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 90 kt with
gusts to 110 kt. Earl will strengthen to a major hurricane near 
30.7N 64.2W this evening and move to near 37N58W Fri evening.
Earl will continue to move north of the area through late Sat as
it becomes extratropical, and weakens by late Sun. Elsewhere,
weak high pressure will prevail to the NW and W of Earl.
Northerly swell associated with Earl may impact the waters north
of 29N Fri into Sun. Looking ahead, a new low pressure system
could form near Bermuda by Mon, prolonging NE swell across the
NE and north-central waters.
