31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Two near 10.1N 59.5W
1009 mb at 5 PM EDT moving W at 21 kt. Maximum sustained winds
35 kt gusts 45 kt. Two will move to 10.8N 62.5W Wed morning,
11.4N 66.6W Wed afternoon, 11.9N 70.0W Thu morning, 12.1N 73.5W
Thu afternoon, 12.1N 77.0W Fri morning, and 12.0N 80.4W Fri
afternoon. Two will move inland near 12.0N 85.5W Sat afternoon.
A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic will
likely approach the Lesser Antilles by Thu night, cross the
islands on Fri, and move across the eastern Caribbean Sea late
Fri and Fri night. A surge in winds and seas are expected with
this wave.
