Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Iota near 13.3N 78.5W 978 mb at 10 AM EST
moving WNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 80 kt gusts 100 kt.
Iota is expected to continue moving WNW and strengthen to a
major hurricane, reaching near 13.8N 79.7W this evening, near
14.4N 82.9W Mon evening, and move inland across extreme NE
Nicaragua Mon night, reaching near 14.5N 84.3W Tue morning. Iota
will then gradually weaken as it continues westward across
northern Nicaragua and Honduras Tue through Wed and maintain
rough marine conditions across the Gulf of Honduras. Very active
weather will persist across coastal Colombia and the SW
Caribbean through at least tonight. A cold front will move into
the NW Caribbean by mid-week, stalling from eastern Cuba to the 
Gulf of Honduras Thu.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near 29N65W to 
central Florida near 28N80W. The front will stall today and 
gradually dissipate. A new cold front will move off the SE U.S. 
coast Mon, reaching from near Bermuda to the northern Bahamas 
early Tue, then from 29N65W to the SE Bahamas early Wed, and
from 26N65W to the Turks and Caicos early Thu. Fresh to strong 
winds will develop behind the front Tue night through Thu night 
as the pressure gradient tightens.
