from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Long-period N swell producing high seas E of the
Windward Islands will diminish today. A cold front that
stretches from E Cuba to NE Nicaragua early this morning will 
reach a Hispaniola to Panama line by this evening, then stall 
from Puerto Rico to Colombia Thu evening, and weaken and 
dissipate on Fri. Strong N winds and higher seas are expected W 
of the front through tonight. Into the weaken, more benign 
conditions will prevail as weak pressure gradient prevails over 
the area.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening low pressure NE of the NW Bahamas 
early this morning will move east through tonight, then turn NE 
and move out of the area Thu. Behind this low, strong gales are 
occurring N of the NW Bahamas and W of 77N. These gales will 
continue through Thu and expand to the E as the low moves away 
from the Bahamas. Near storm conditions are possible. A cold 
front associated with the low extends this morning from the low 
through the SE Bahamas and E Cuba. This front will stretch from
S of Bermuda through Hispaniola this evening, then stall over 
the far SE waters and Puerto Rico Thu night into Fri.
