Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien near 27.0N 52.2W 998 mb at 
10 PM EST moving NE at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt
gusts 65 kt. Sebastien will continue to accelerate northeastward
away from the forecast waters tonight. A cold front is W of 
Sebastien extending from 31N48W to 28N53W, then becomes 
stationary to 24N56W, then transitions again to cold front to 
16N61W. High pressure in the wake of the front will dominate the 
forecast waters through Sat, then shift eastward Sat night. The 
next cold front will cross the region Sun through Mon, weakening 
near 70W Mon night through Tue night. High pressure will build in
from the W over the region by mid week.
