Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from near the Anegada Passage
to the Mona passage continues as stationary westward to across
Jamaica and the NW Caribbean. The front will completely stall
and weaken through tonight. Fresh NE winds will prevail across
the waters N of the front today, with the strongest winds
expected through the Windward and Mona passages, as well as S of
the Dominican Republic, as high pressure builds behind the
front. Easterly trades will freshen across the south-central
Caribbean early next week, increasing to strong Tue into Tue
night.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien near 24.8N 57.0W 999 mb at 4
AM EST moving ENE at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts 
60 kt. Sebastien will continue to accelerate northeastward away 
from the forecast waters today. A cold front extending from 22N61W
to near Puerto Rico will continue moving eastward and steer 
Sebastien into the central Atlantic. High pressure will build 
behind the cold front across the northern waters through Sat, then
shift eastward Sat night. The next cold front will cross the 
region Sun through Mon, weakening near 70W Tue and Tue night.
