from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 20N70W across Hispaniola
to 19N74W to south of Cuba near 19N84W will continue moving over
the northern Caribbean through tonight, then stall and weaken on
Fri. Fresh NE winds will prevail across much of the western
Caribbean through Fri, with the strongest winds expected through
the Windward and Mona passages as high pressure builds behind
the cold front. Easterly trades will freshen across the
south-central Caribbean early next week.

Synopsis for the the SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Sebastien is centered near 23.5N
60.5W 999 mb at 10 AM EST moving NNE at 7 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Sebastien will strengthen to a hurricane
while accelerating northeastward away from the forecast waters 
tonight. A cold front extending from 31N59W to 25N63W to 20N70W 
will continue moving eastward and steer Sebastien into the 
central Atlantic. High pressure will build behind the cold front 
across the northern waters through Sat, then shift eastward Sat 
night. Another cold front will cross the region Sun through Mon.
