31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Jerry near 16.0N 53.2W 995 mb at 5 AM
EDT moving WNW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts
75 kt. Jerry will strengthen to a hurricane near 16.8N 55.2W
this afternoon, move to 17.8N 57.9W Fri morning, off the Leeward
Islands near 18.9N 60.9W Fri afternoon, 20.1N 63.7W Sat morning,
and weaken to a tropical storm near 22.9N 68.2W Sun morning.
Jerry may strengthen again to a hurricane east of the Bahamas
late Sun or early mon as it curves northward toward Bermuda Tue.
Elsewhere a few showers and thunderstorms will persist over the
eastern Caribbean over the next couple of days, east of weak low
pressure over the central Caribbean.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Humberto is well northeast of the area 
near 35.2N 62.2W at 5 AM EDT moving NE at 19 kt, and will weaken
to an extratropical cyclone Fri. The main impact from Humberto
continues to be northerly swell across the open waters.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Jerry is east of the Leeward Islands
near 16.0N 53.2W 995 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 14 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 60 kt with gusts to 75 kt. Jerry will
strengthen to a hurricane near 16.8N 55.2W this afternoon, move
