Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian off the NE Florida coast will
continue to disrupt the tradewind flow across the NW Caribbean
through early Fri. A tropical wave near 81W will continue
through the western Caribbean, exiting the basin over Central
America Fri. Fresh to strong tradewinds will pulse to strong
each night in the S central Caribbean through early Fri.
Otherwise, moderate to fresh winds are expected across the
eastern and central Caribbean.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 29.8N 79.7W 964 mb at 1500 UTC
moving NNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt. 
Dorian will continue northward towards the South Carolina coast
through early Thu morning, reaching 30.8N 80.0W this evening, 
then veer NE and along or just offshore of the Carolina coasts 
Thu through Fri. Large northerly swell from Dorian will dominate 
the SW N Atlc through Sat.
