.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave near 80W will continue through the
western Caribbean, exiting the basin over Central America Fri.
Fresh to strong winds will pulse in the S central Caribbean into
Thu night. Otherwise, moderate to fresh winds are expected
across the eastern and central Caribbean, with gentle to
moderate winds prevailing over the NW Caribbean.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian near 29.2N 79.5W 963 mb at 5 AM EDT
moving NNW at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt. 
Dorian will move to 30.1N 79.8W this afternoon, 31.2N 80.0W Thu 
morning, 32.2N 79.4W Thu afternoon, 33.7N 77.7W Fri morning, and
38.0N 70.6W Sat morning. Dorian will become extratropical as it 
moves near Nova Scotia early Sun, and weaken as an extratropical
cyclone around 53.5N 50.0W Mon. Large northerly swell from
Dorian will dominate the SW N Atlc through Sat.
