.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Dorian is moving slowly W across the
Atlantic Ocean over open waters just E of the northern Bahamas.
A tropical wave currently entering the far eastern Caribbean
will reach the central Caribbean by Monday night and the western
Caribbean by Wed. Moderate to fresh winds are expected across
the eastern and central Caribbean, with gentle to moderate winds
prevailing over the NW Caribbean.

.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Dorian near 26.3N 75.1W 940 mb at 11
PM EDT moving WNW at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 130 kt gusts 
160 kt. Dorian will move to 26.4N 76.3W Sun morning, 26.6N 77.4W 
Sun evening and over the NW Bahamas near 26.8N 78.1W Mon morning.
Dorian will turn NW and slowly move away from the NW Bahamas as 
an extremely dangerous hurricane reaching 27.0N 78.5W Mon evening
and continue to 27.5N 78.8W Tue evening off the east coast of 
central Florida. Dorian will begin slowly weakening as it moves 
NNW paralleling the east coasts of Florida and Georgia through 
mid week.
