Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N ATLC from 07N to 19N
between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...The Bermuda High northeast of the area is supporting
generally moderate to fresh trade winds across the Caribbean and
tropical North Atlantic with the exception of strong breeze NE
winds north of Colombia. A cold front, strong for this time of
year, will reach the Yucatan Channel by this evening and push to
the Gulf of Honduras Sat before dissipating on Sun. Numerous
showers and scattered thunderstorms, some may be severe, will
precede the front this evening through early Sat. The Bermuda
High will weaken over the next few days, causing trades to
diminish through Wed night. No significant long-period swell are
anticipated to reach the tropical North Atlantic zones through
at least Wed night.

Synopsis for the the SW N ATLC including the Bahamas

.SYNOPSIS...A large pressure gradient between the Bermuda High
and a strong cold front, for this time of year, over the eastern
Gulf of Mexico is causing S winds up to gale force north of the
NW Bahamas tonight into Sat. The front will reach the Atlantic 
waters tonight and S winds up to gale force will push farther
east on Sat and Sat night before diminishing below gale on Sun. 
Forcing behind front should produce substantially weaker W
winds. The cold front should extend from 31N74W to the central 
Bahamas Sat afternoon, from 31N71W to the SE Bahamas Sun 
afternoon, and becoming stationary near the same location Mon 
afternoon, and finally dissipating Tue into Wed. Numerous showers
and scattered strong thunderstorms will accompany the front. 
There is potential for severe thunderstorms associated with the 
front north of 27N tonight and Sat.
