between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...A trough extending from eastern Cuba to western
Jamaica to central Panama will dissipate through tonight with
associated strong northerly flow offshore of Nicaragua diminishing
through the evening. Strong nocturnal trades will resume along 
the coast of Colombia starting tonight, with near gale force 
winds possible Fri night, Sat night and Sun night.
