between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between troughing over the NW
Caribbean and a ridge over the eastern Gulf of Mexico will allow
fresh NE winds to persist in the lee of Cuba today, diminishing
tonight as the trough passes through the NW Caribbean. Gentle to
moderate winds will persist elsewhere, except for fresh winds
pulsing off Colombia mainly at night.
