.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Maria continues to move away from area,
and tradewinds will return across the area later this weekend.
Strong nocturnal trades will resume along the NW coast of
Venezuela and NE coast of Colombia on Monday and Tuesday
evening, as well as across the Gulf of Honduras.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE SW N ATLC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Maria centered at 25.4N 72.3W at 23/1500 
UTC moving NNW or 340 degrees at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
are 100 kt with gusts to 125 kt. Estimated minimum central 
pressure is 952 mb. Maria is forecast to reach near 26.7N 72.6W 
this evening, with maximum sustained winds 105 kt with gusts to 
130 kt, then maintain intensity as it reaches near 28.3N 73.0W 
early Sun morning. Maria will begin to weaken as it reaches near 
29.5N 73.3W Sunday evening, with maximum sustained winds 100 kt 
with gusts to 120 kt. Maria will continue to weaken as it reaches
near 30.5N 73.4W early Mon morning with maximum sustained winds 
95 kt with gusts to 115 kt, then lift N of area on Monday. A 
trough will extend SW from the N-central waters to vicinity of 
the Central Bahamas in the wake of Maria.
