from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Maria is centered near 16.0N 62.3W
940 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds
135 kt gusts 165 kt. Maria is forecast to move to near 16.7N
63.4W this afternoon, then near 17.6N 64.8W tonight, over Puerto
Rico near 18.5N 66.3W Wed afternoon, then north of the Mona
Passage near 19.3N 67.8W Wed night. Maria will continue to 21.2N
70.4W Thu night, and northward thereafter, staying mainly E of
the central and northern Bahamas. Otherwise, a tropical wave
will move through the western Caribbean through mid week before
exiting W of the area.

62.3W 940 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained
winds 135 kt gusts 165 kt. Maria is forecast to move to near
16.7N 63.4W this afternoon, near 17.6N 64.8W tonight, over
Puerto Rico near 18.5N 66.3W Wed afternoon, then north of the
Mona Passage in Atlantic waters near 19.3N 67.8W Wed night.
