between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Irma at 16.6N 57.0W 937 mb at 0900 UTC 
moving W at 12 kt with maximum sustained winds 130 kt gusts to
160 kt. Irma will being to turn more WNW today and reach near
17.0N 58.9W this afternoon, near 17.7N 61.5W tonight, near 18.6N
64.2W Wed afternoon, near 19.6N 67.0W Wed night, near 21.2N
72.5W Thu night, near 22.4N 77.2W Fri night then turn NW across
the Straits of Florida Sat. Large E swells have begun to reach
the NE Caribbean passages overnight and will increase today
ahead of Irma. Tropical storm force and greater conditions will
reach the vicinity of the northern Leewards on this afternoon
and vicinity of the Virgin Islands early Wed.
