.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Irma at 16.7N 54.4W 944 mb at 5 PM moving
W at 11 kt with maximum sustained winds 115 kt gusts to 140 kt.
Irma will reach near 16.6N 56.2W late tonight, near 17.0N 58.7W
Tue afternoon, 18.7N 64.1W Wed afternoon, near 20.4N 69.7W Thu
afternoon, near 21.6N 74.8W Fri afternoon, and near 23.0N 79.0W
Sat afternoon. Large E swells will reach the NE passages this
evening. Tropical storm force and greater conditions will reach
the vicinity of the northern Leewards on Tue afternoon and
