.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail through early Thu,
with moderate to fresh southerly winds over the far western
Gulf. Otherwise, tranquil marine conditions are expected over
the majority of the basin through the end of the week. A weak
and mostly dry cold front may move off the Texas Thu morning.
The front is expected to reach the southeastern Gulf Thu night.
Fresh northerly winds west of the front will diminish Fri
afternoon as high pressure builds in the wake of the front.
Southeast winds are expected to increase slightly over the
central and western Gulf starting Sun.
