.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Panama City, Florida to
near Veracruz, Mexico. Strong winds and rough seas associated
with the front over mainly the north-central and northeast Gulf
will subside late this evening. A second cold front is moving
into the northwest Gulf, but will stall and dissipate through
mid week. Moderate to fresh SE to S winds will pulse across the
northwest Gulf Fri and again Sun as high pressure shifts 
eastward across the northern Gulf in the wake of the front.
