.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving across the basin extends from
the Florida Panhandle to just S of Tampico, Mexico. The front is
expected to move slowly E-SE then stall along about 27N late
Thu, then gradually dissipate through Fri. Fresh to strong NE to
E winds are expected N of the front through Thu evening. Over
the weekend, high pressure centered in the western Atlantic will
build weakly into the region.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NE in the
