.SYNOPSIS...High pres across the Gulf of Mexico will move
eastward by midweek in response to a cold front approaching the
western Gulf. Ahead of this front, fresh to strong southerly
return flow can be expected in the western Gulf on Wed night.
These winds will diminish Thu as the cold front moves across the
Gulf Thu night through Sat. Moderate to fresh northerly winds
can be expected behind the front with moderate seas.

.TODAY...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
.THU...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
